Policies

  1. Payment in full is required with purchase

  2. Recipient must call at lease 24 hours in advance to reserve the safari date.

  3. Certificates are not refundable and can not be redeemed for cash

  4. Certificates expire 1 year from the purchase date.

  5. Safaris are seasonal and unavailable from December 1 thru to April 15

  6. Cancellation notification is required 24 hours in advance of your safari. Cancellations received within 24 hours will be required to reschedule the safari. No shows will forfeit the certificate.

  7. Segs in the City reserves the right to cancel safaris due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Full rescheduling will be available if Segs in the City cancels the safari.

  8. Segway riders need to be at least 18 years of age and weigh less than 260 lbs.

  9. Riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  10. Minimum age is 14 years in Annapolis, Baltimore and Gettysburg and 16 years in DC

  11. All riders are required to undertake supervised training by a Segs in the City representative and will be required to sign a waiver of liability.

  12. Riders are responsible for all damage to equipment and will be required to pay damage fees as assessed by the Segs in the City representative.
