We have daily 1 hour and 2 hour safari tours in 

Our safaris are  limited to a maximum number of  riders to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

  • Flexible schedule - our reservation system and 800 number hotline allows you to reserve a safari on short notice ( 1 hour in advance for many tours). Or you can walk up to our DC kiosk.

  • Tour duration - we maximize your riding time - although we advertise 1 or 2 hour tours - most of our tours are longer. More importantly we do not waste your Seg time watching videos or walking to the attractions.

  • Looking for something different? Segs in the City offers variety - The hotspots of DC, Colonial history in Annapolis, a battlefield tour in Gettysburg, an up close view of the National Cathedral and Embassies  and the Baltimore Inner Harbor. There is usually something to suit every taste.

  • Segs in the City offers choice. We use the most up to date equipment (i2s) and the first generation segways. Some individuals prefer the added stability the classic Segway so let us know if you have a preference!

  • Rain? We prefer not to get wet, but if we do get  caught out there we provide you with rain ponchos.

  • Love it and want to go out alone? Once you have earned your wings on a segway safari we let you  fly solo! You can  rent a segway without a guide!

  • Want to buy one? we are not a dealer (although we have been one) so we do not try to sell you a Segway during your ride, but if you want to buy one we will find you the best deal around!
