Thank you for your interest - someone will be in contact with you to confirm the reservation.  Credit cards are required  to hold the reservation (Visa/Mastercard/American Express are accepted). 

Policies

  1. Payment in full is required with reservation

  2. A credit card security deposit of $500 is required.

  3. Cancellations need to be made by 6pm the day prior to rental. A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from the payment refund. No refund will be available for cancellations after 6pm prior to the day of rental. 

  4. Segs in the City reserves the right to cancel rental reservations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be available if Segs in the City cancels the reservation.

  5. Segway renters need to be at least 18 years of age and weigh less than 260 lbs.

  6. Riders 14 to 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (over 18 years)

  7. All riders are required to undertake supervised training by a Segs in the City representative or provide proof of Segway riding ability.

  8. All renters will be required to sign a waiver of liability.

  9. Renters are responsible for all damage to equipment and will be required to pay damage fees as assessed by the Segs in the City representative.
